I have had years of experience as a vendor, purchaser and real estate professional in British Columbia, as such, I have Intimate knowledge of real estate processes My husband and I flew into Montreal to purchase a condo for our daughter who would be attending McGill as such, we had a very tight timeline in which to do this. Yaniv was able to get us from looking at condos to exchange of contracts to purchase within a few days. Being from Vancouver we were not familiar with the real estate regulations in Quebec but Yaniv was able to guide us through that process. His professionalism and aftercare did not stop when the contract was signed. Very impressed as he had gone beyond his role as agent to help us get this condo set up for incoming tenants and eventually for our daughter as she moves into second year. Outstanding realtor.

Yaniv was by far the most professional agent I have worked with. His knowledge about the real estate market is unbelievable. As a first time home buyer, we did not have a lot of knowledge about the market and the process. He took the time to sit down with us many times and show us exactly how everything works. He did not try to "just make a sale" with us, he really took his time to hear what we wanted and what we were looking for. He gave us the best advice and it ended working out perfectly, he helped us find our beautiful condo! Yaniv was an abosulte joy to work with. Super responsive even on christmas day and late nights. Took a while for us to find something we wanted but Yaniv was patient and visited homes with us across the island of Montreal and Laval! Definitely recommended for first-time home buyers or anyone seeking real estate transactions!
